Question by It’s gonna get better: Question about the skechers “shape ups’ shoes?
I want a pair and i’ve looked all over the web and at sketchers website to answer this ? to no avail… is there a difference in the wedge height between the shape ups “metabolize” shape ups “optima” and shape ups “junkie” style? I want to know if they are all the same or different in the angle or height of the sole of the shoe., or different in any way other than visually (like color and such). This ? will require some research if u want to answer it., i’ve researched and cant come up with an answer. I will give all the pts to whomever can answer this for me., and thank u in advance for your time and effort.

I’m pretty sure the only difference is visually. I looked at them in the store and the soles seem the same.

Just curious. Has anyone tried the Sketcher’s shape up shoes, or any of the other brands that are making similar shoes? And have they worked for you?

1) Do they actually work and 2) Do you know of anyone being injured due to using them (pulled muscles, etc.)? Thanks for any help you can give me.

Does anybody know anything good about these? I want to buy a pair but I don’t want to waste $100 on crap… can you guys tell me a good review about it? Like does it work, what does it tone, where did you buy it, does it help you lose weight, and any other relevant information would be greatly appreciated Serious answers only please thanks!

I dont want to dish out $100 for some dumb looking shoe only to find it doesn’t live up to its advertising hype. I want a shoe to walk a lot in, that will help maximize exercise. Anyone had any experience?
