Question by bellia_m_2000: I purchased some “Skecher Shape Ups” 7 months ago.?
for the1st 3 months I did walk every day with the shape ups. Now I’m suffering from excruciating leg and knee pain, friends seem t think that the shape ups have alot to do with the shape ups…Is that possible?????

I think that the shape ups are not good – if you dont have proper posture in the first place, your hips and legs compensate for balance, and that can lead to injury. Throw them out! use a good pair of trainiers to walk (new balance or Asics) you’ll enjoy walking so much more – and, maybe start to do some jogging!

If I am going to spend $100+ on a pair of shoes, I would like to know which is the better shoe.
