and also i have a pair of the kind form Fila like the flip flop kind and i find that those really work but i’m just wondering what everybody else thinks

I was wondering about Sketchers Shape-Up Shoes. Are they beneficial? They are around $100.00+ per pair.

Okay, I’ve seen the ads. Have heard mixed reviews, but want to hear from some people with experience with the shoes.

Sketchers shape ups seem a little pricey..109 dollars for a pair. I was in Kohl’s and saw a pair of Fila Shape Ups. Does it matter which brand? Are they the same? Do they work? Should I skip them all together?

Opinions please.

This is not to lose weight, but just to tone. I am already a member of a gym and at a healthy weight!

is there any other shoe company that makes a similar pair that are cheaper (ex. rocket dog, nike, new balance, etc.). if not then are the shape ups worth it? do they really work
